Bombshell Artillery stands by all the products it sells, however, should you not be completely satisfied with any of the accessories you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of placing your order for a full refund, less shipping costs. The item must be in original condition and never worn. Should you find any of our accessories to be defective in any way, we will happily replace your item within 30 days of placing your order. Shipping charges to return items are not covered by Bombshell Artillery.
Due to the personalized nature of Bombshell Artillery's portrait commissions, no return or exchanges will be accepted. Since Bombshell Artillery performs regular updates on the progress of your commission and seeks approval prior to shipping, no revisions will be accepted beyond receipt of final payment.
Cancellation Policy:
If for any reason you choose not to continue with your custom artwork in progress, please be advised that your down-payment will be retained by Bombshell Artillery for services rendered to date.
